Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced and forward-thinking Agentic Testing Lead with strong expertise in UiPath Test Cloud and similar intelligent automation and AI-driven testing platforms. This role blends technical delivery with go-to-market (GTM) enablement, supporting sales initiatives while leading and delivering high-quality test automation projects for clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Technical Leadership & Delivery: Lead end-to-end implementation of test automation solutions using UiPath Test Cloud and comparable platforms (e.g., intelligent automation and AI-based testing tools). Design scalable, agentic, and AI-augmented testing frameworks. Oversee test strategy, automation architecture, CI/CD integration, and quality governance. Deliver client-facing test transformation and automation projects from discovery through execution. Provide hands-on expertise in building and optimizing automated test suites. Partner with the Sales and GTM teams to shape solution offerings and value propositions. Support pre-sales activities including demos, solution design, effort estimation, and proposal development. Present technical capabilities and automation strategies to prospective clients. Contribute to thought leadership, case studies, and solution accelerators.
  • Practice Development: Define best practices for agentic and AI-driven testing. Mentor team members and establish reusable assets, accelerators, and frameworks. Stay current with trends in intelligent test automation and AI-enabled QA platforms.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience with UiPath Test Cloud and enterprise test automation platforms.
  • Strong understanding of agentic automation, AI-driven testing, and modern QA practices.
  • Experience supporting pre-sales and working alongside sales teams in client engagements.
  • Excellent stakeholder communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to balance strategic advisory responsibilities with hands-on technical delivery.
