We’re looking for an experienced, highly commercial, super organised Account Manager or Senior Account Manager to play a vital role in supporting and growing our clients’ businesses. Someone who knows how to perfectly facilitate delivery of the brief for us and our clients, can approach challenges with a logical mind, and can help our teams deliver the most effective solutions.
The Position
As a key player in the client services function within the studio – reporting to an Account Director – you’ll manage projects with ease, have a keen interest in aiding business growth and be responsible for the smooth running of projects from a great mix of clients – from global corporations to start-ups and smaller challenger brands. You’ll be a driving force of projects, effectively steering the output to answer the brief and deliver excellent client service. From kick-off client meetings through to final artwork, you’ll be on top of every part of the project process. This will involve writing briefs, creating timing plans & proposals, managing budgets, reviewing creative, inputting into strategy and building strong relationships with internal teams, clients and suppliers alike. You’ll perfectly balance the needs of the agency with the needs of our clients. A role that straddles creative flair, attention to detail and organisational prowess. You’ll make sure all our projects are delivered on time, to budget and most importantly to the highest of standards.
What we’re looking for:
- Ideally, you’re currently a Senior Account Manager or an Account Manager with a few years under your belt and looking for more of a challenge.
- You’ll have circa 5 years creative agency experience and be able to demonstrate your ability to work across a varied range of projects for different types of clients.
- Enthusiasm is a must. We want someone who brings energy by the bucket load to every task and project.
- An eye for the bigger picture. You understand the wider objective and the role you play within it.
- Someone with empathy who’s able to put themselves in the shoes of our clients and their consumers.
- Gumption, initiative, whatever you want to call it – just as long as you’ve got it. We want someone who can take a brief and run with it.
- Someone with their finger on the pulse. You’re curious and interested in the wider world.
- A relationship builder. You can endear yourself to clients and colleagues alike, building strong bonds based on knowledge and trust.
- A do-er. This role requires you to be hands-on, continually adapting and growing with the rest of the team.
- Strong commercial focus. A keen commercial awareness is vital to keep projects efficient and profitable.
This is a full-time position based in Leeds. Hybrid working with a minimum of 2 days per week in the office. Must be willing to travel when necessary.
