We are cash‑flow positive, growing fast, and operating in one of the most exciting areas of technology: AI and Cyber Security. Our culture is hands‑on, commercially focused, and highly collaborative. We move quickly, take ownership, and expect people to make a visible impact.
About the role
We are looking for an experienced Strategic Relations Manager to lead and grow our global partner ecosystem. This is a key commercial role within a fast‑paced, cash‑flow‑positive startup with ambitious growth targets. You will be responsible for building, managing, and scaling strategic relationships across distributors, MSPs, resellers, integration partners, affiliates, and other channel partners. You will also play a key role in shaping the design and commercial functionality of our reseller portal. This role requires someone who can hit the ground running. We can provide training on specific elements of our business, but you must already have strong experience in partner, channel, or strategic relationship management, ideally within a technology, AI, Cyber Security, or SaaS environment.
Key responsibilities
- You will lead strategic relationship development across:
- Distributors
- MSP channel partners
- Resellers
- Integration partners
- Affiliate partners
- Reseller portal design and partner enablement
Your responsibilities will include:
- Developing and executing a global partner strategy
- Identifying, onboarding, and managing high‑value strategic partners
- Building commercial frameworks for distributors, resellers, MSPs, affiliates, and integration partners
- Creating clear partner journeys, enablement materials, and success metrics
- Supporting the design and development of a scalable reseller portal
- Managing partner performance, targets, pipeline contribution, and commercial outcomes
- Working closely with leadership, sales, product, and technical teams
- Representing the company professionally with senior external stakeholders
- Delivering measurable results in line with ambitious startup growth targets
About you
You will need to be highly commercial, proactive, and comfortable operating in a startup environment where pace, ownership, and measurable outcomes matter. We are looking for someone who has:
- Extensive experience in strategic partnerships, channel sales, partner management, or business development
- A strong understanding of distributors, MSPs, resellers, affiliates, and integration partners
- Experience designing or contributing to partner programmes, reseller portals, or partner enablement systems
- A strong technology focus, with genuine interest in AI
- The ability to work independently and take ownership of outcomes
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship‑building skills
- A track record of delivering against targets
- Comfort working in a fast‑paced, commercially focused startup environment
Desirable experience
Experience in any of the following would be highly advantageous:
- AI, SaaS, Cyber Security, managed services, or channel technology businesses
- Building partner ecosystems from an early stage
- Working with global channel partners
- Designing commercial partner models
- Working in or with MSPs, distributors, or reseller networks
The opportunity
We may consider a highly agentic stretch candidate with exceptional potential, but our preference is for someone who already has the relevant experience and can quickly take ownership of the role.
How to apply
Please send your CV to liz@roboshadow.com, accompanied by a short video introducing yourself and explaining why you have applied for the role. A simple Loom‑style video works well (www.loom.com). We are not looking for a polished production, just a clear, honest introduction that helps us understand who you are, what interests you about RoboShadow, and why you think this role is a good fit as the ability to communicate well is essential to this role.
