What You’ll Own
- Design, build, and optimise user journeys across the customer lifecycle
- Improve GTM workflows across marketing, sales, customer success, onboarding, product engagement, and retention
- Research customer journeys, competitor approaches, funnel performance, conversion points, and friction areas
- Use AI tools, especially Claude, to accelerate research, workflow design, analysis, documentation, troubleshooting, and experimentation
- Build and improve internal systems, automations, processes, templates, dashboards, and workflows
- Identify where users are dropping off, getting confused, or failing to take the next step
- Work with internal tools and data to support campaigns, sales activity, customer onboarding, product usage, and customer success
- Document findings, processes, experiments, recommendations, and best practices
- Continuously look for opportunities to improve how we attract, engage, onboard, support, and grow customers
What We Are Looking For
We care less about credentials and more about outcomes. You may be a recent graduate, technical marketer, growth operator, RevOps person, marketing operations specialist, sales operations specialist, product operations person, analyst, automation builder, developer, or someone with strong side projects and clear evidence of initiative. You should be able to demonstrate:
- High agency and initiative
- Strong use of AI in your day-to-day work
- Strong proficiency with Claude
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Strong execution and follow-through
- Good written communication and documentation skills
- Comfort with ambiguity and fast-moving priorities
- Ability to research independently and turn findings into action
- Interest in GTM, SaaS, Cyber Security, automation, data, and customer journeys
- A track record of figuring things out without needing to be micromanaged
Must-Haves
- Extensive use of AI in daily work
- Ability to use Claude for research, workflow design, analysis, documentation, troubleshooting, and process improvement
- Experience building or improving AI-assisted workflows

Experience That Would Be Helpful
Any of the following would be useful, but not all are essential:
- Experience with CRM systems, revenue operations, marketing operations, sales operations, or customer success operations
- Experience building automations, workflows, dashboards, or internal tools
- Familiarity with GTM engineering, RevOps, growth, lifecycle marketing, product-led growth, or funnel optimisation
- Basic technical skills such as SQL, APIs, scripting, webhooks, workflow automation, or no-code/low-code tools
- Experience measuring funnels, conversions, attribution, activation, retention, or customer lifecycle metrics
- Experience with tools such as HubSpot, Salesforce, Zapier, Make, Clay, Airtable, Notion, Google Sheets, Looker, Metabase, Intercom, Segment, or similar
- Experience using AI tools to solve practical business problems
- Degree or background in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, Marketing, Analytics, or a related field
- Certifications or practical experience in CRM systems, automation, AI tools, data analytics, or GTM operations
