This is an exciting opportunity to join a fast-growing, GCHQ-backed Cyber Security company and learn from an experienced team at the heart of a scaling business. You do not need to be an engineer or have years of technical experience. We are looking for someone curious, organised, confident with people, and excited to learn. This role would suit a graduate, career changer, or someone looking to move into tech, Cyber Security, customer success, or product management. Please note: this is an in-person role based in our Shenfield office. It is not a remote position.
About the role: This role sits at the centre of our business, working across customer success, product, support, and onboarding. You will help customers get the most from our platform, support product improvements, and work closely with the wider team as we continue to grow. It is a hands-on role with lots of variety. You will be speaking with customers, joining Teams calls, giving product demos, helping solve problems, and learning how a Cyber Security start-up operates from the inside. For the right person, it is one of the best ways to break into the tech start-up world.
What you’ll be doing:
- Support customers through email, Teams calls, demos, and onboarding.
- Learn our product in detail and become confident explaining it to customers.
- Work closely with product, sales, and support teams.
- Help identify customer needs, questions, and feedback.
- Contribute to product improvements by sharing customer insight.
- Build your knowledge of Cyber Security, customer success, and start-up operations.
- Take ownership of tasks and grow your responsibilities over time.
What we’re looking for: You do not need to tick every box. We are most interested in your attitude, communication skills, and willingness to learn. We are looking for someone who is:
- Interested in tech, Cyber Security, start-ups, or product management.
- Confident communicating with customers in a professional and friendly way.
- Organised, reliable, and able to manage different tasks.
- Comfortable learning new software and technical concepts.
- Willing to ask questions, take feedback, and keep improving.
- Able to present clearly and confidently on Teams calls and product demos.
- Positive, proactive, and keen to build a long-term career.
Experience in customer service, account management, support, sales, product, or a tech-related role would be helpful, but it is not essential.
What you’ll get from the role: You will get the chance to:
- Build a career in a fast-growing Cyber Security start-up.
- Learn directly from experienced people across product, sales, and customer success.
- Gain exposure to customers, product strategy, demos, onboarding, and support.
- Develop skills that can lead into product management, customer success leadership, sales, operations, or other growth roles.
- Take on more responsibility as the company scales.
- Join a team where strong performance, ownership, and initiative are recognised.
Who this role could suit: This role could be a great fit if you are:
- A recent graduate looking for your first role in tech.
- Someone working in customer service, sales, recruitment, admin, or support who wants to move into tech.
- Someone who enjoys speaking with people, solving problems, and learning quickly.
- Someone ambitious who wants to grow with a company rather than step into a narrow, fixed role.
