We are looking for a UK Sales Manager (KAM) to drive sustainable growth across key UK retail partners. This role owns sales performance, joint business planning, and retail execution, working in a fast-growing, innovation-driven consumer technology environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Own and deliver UK sales targets (Sell-In & Sell-Out) across strategic retail partners.
- Build, manage and grow relationships with major UK retailers through structured joint business plans.
- Lead retail GTM execution for new product launches including range planning, pricing, promo, in-store & online activation.
- Maximise sales performance through promotions, forecasting, and stock management.
- Track market trends, competitor activity, and retail pricing to support commercial decisions.
- Manage retail investments including promotions, rebates, and marketing support with strong ROI focus.
- Ensure compliance, operational discipline, and proactive risk management across retail channels.
- Work closely with HQ and cross-functional teams to deliver aligned and high-quality execution.
Qualifications
- Proven experience managing major UK retail accounts (e.g. Currys, Argos, John Lewis, Costco or equivalent).
- Background in consumer electronics, home appliances, or tech preferred.
- Strong commercial and analytical capability, excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Hands-on, results-driven, and comfortable in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
- Fluent in English, Mandarin is a plus.
