Job description

Roborock is headquartered in Beijing, with R&D and branch offices in Shanghai and Shenzhen where our engineers, designers, scientists, and manufacturing experts collaborate closely throughout development and testing. Our international office in Hong Kong is home to our global team and staffed with people from across the globe.

Responsibilities

1. Undertake SI and ST targets and responsible for the set of the target to the distributor and also responsible for achieving goals.

2. Responsible for the selection and management of distributors, as well as channel price system and rebate design.

3. Channel planning and communication for new product launches, and end-to-end monitoring and management of orders placed by the distributors and goods arriving at stores.

4. Formulate channel structure and strategic design, and define distributor responsibilities and sales modes.

5. Responsible for overall PSI management, sales forecast and DOS monitoring of distributors and channels.

6. Responsible for formulating customer grading systems and processes, and managing customer upgrading and downgrading.

7. Responsible for channels budget application, review and management.

8. Channel internal control person, responsible for identifying channel internal control risks.

9. Responsible for formulating Co-marketing, rebate, temporary incentive acceptance and settlement standards.

10. Responsible for the SMR conference and the implementation.

Qualifications

1. Studying business, communication or another relevant degree

2. Passion for working within an international e-commerce company

3. Multitasking should be one of your assets

4. Eager to meet challenges and quick to assimilate new concepts

5. Passion for working in direct interaction with the customers

6. Fluent in English
