The ideal candidate will possess a strong focus on understanding issues and critical thinking, alongside the essential qualities required for exceptional customer support. As a contractor of this team, you will play a crucial link between Roblox and its developer community. You will:
- Assist in resolving creator day-to-day escalations and emergencies.
- Manage communication between Roblox staff and creators.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions, ensuring accurate documentation and timely follow-up.
- Dedicate up to 40 hours per week with a work schedule from Monday to Friday plus on-call availability during the weekend.
You have:
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Demonstrates endless patience and a positive attitude.
- Capable of managing time effectively.
- In-depth understanding of Roblox and the Roblox community.
- Solid knowledge of the technical aspects of Roblox Studio.
