Robiquity is a technology consultancy specialising in low-code and AI solutions. We are based on Atherton Street in Manchester City Centre and we're looking for a new Visitor Experience Manager to welcome our staff and clients. The role is on-site Monday - Friday and will involve front of house duties combined with a variety of business and event support.
We are seeking an enthusiastic, friendly and detail-orientated Visitor Experience Manager to undertake a wide array of business support activities including:
- Office access and security
- Reception duties and liaising building management/suppliers
- Welcoming guests and providing refreshments
- Office stock provision and organising weekly online deliveries
- Event support including management of catering
- Finance administration including travel and accommodation support
- Management of cleaning contract
- Sales administration support
This is a busy and active role which would suit a self-starter with an excellent eye for detail and a welcoming personality. This role is front-of-house at Robiquity and works closely with both the Sales, Marketing and People teams to ensure that employee and visitor experience is exceptional.
To be successful in this role you will have:
- Experience of providing an effective customer service
- A welcoming and engaging personality
- Experience of working in a business support function
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
- Strong communication including written skills
The ideal candidate will be able to effectively coordinate meetings and other office events. They will be comfortable answering inbound phone calls, distributing and handling outgoing mail including couriers. The role requires being available to work from the Manchester office 5-days per week from 9 am - 5pm and may involve sourcing other temporary meeting/office facilities on an ad-hoc basis.
