Robiquity is a technology consultancy specialising in AI design and deployment. Our clients realise measurable benefits in revenue, profitability and service, with multiples of return on investment, typically in-year. We enable future ways of working with AI and Automation, supporting our clients to completely rethink how they operate. Robiquity is a straight-talking business built on experience and results. The growth we have realised across our client portfolio and vertical sectors is attributable to the work ethic of our team, our commitment to partnership and our shared values.

We are seeking an experienced Principal Microsoft Consultant to partner with stakeholders in understanding business processes, pain points, and automation opportunities. You will be responsible for identifying and shaping high-value use cases for AI copilots and agents across client functions (e.g. HR, IT, customer services and operations). The role will translate business requirements into scalable Copilot Studio solution designs and will involve technical leadership on solution architecture and technical direction for Copilot/Power Platform implementations. The successful candidate may also be involved in the quality assurance of pre-sales, proposals, and solution estimation as well as mentoring project team members.

In our mission to build a dynamic and talented team, we are actively seeking individuals who thrive in a collaborative, fast based and innovative environment. Our team bring not only their skills and expertise but also a shared enthusiasm for pushing boundaries and driving meaningful impact. If you are eager to contribute to a forward-thinking organisation and the following points match your skills/attributes, this could be the role for you:

  • 5 Years + in the Microsoft partner ecosystem
  • The ability to design, build, and deploy AI-powered agents using Microsoft Copilot Studio
  • Experience of configuring topics, conversation flows, actions, orchestration, and generative responses
  • Experience of implementing multi-step workflows and automation logic using Power Automate
  • Ability to tune agent responses, prompts, and behaviour to maximise accuracy and user experience
  • Copilot integration expertise including the ability to integrate Copilot with Microsoft 365 (Teams, SharePoint, Outlook), Dataverse, and enterprise systems via APIs/connectors
  • Ability to enable agents to interact with business processes and trigger real-world actions (e.g. approvals, provisioning)
  • Experience of MSFT security protocols and governance principals

We’re looking for someone who can lead teams and clients to success. Previous consulting experience and leading development teams is essential to succeed in this role (5+ years of experience).

This is an opportunity to join a company that will invest in you and your career. We offer a competitive salary and bonus package, opportunities for growth and development and a fantastic team culture that you will love working in. Additional benefits will include:
