We are seeking an experienced Principal Consultant who will be responsible for managing a team involved in data architecture and design. You will be at the forefront of Microsoft technology and will contribute to the direction of the development team by staying up to date with the latest developments in the Power Platform, Azure, Data and related technologies. Ideally, we are looking for applicants who have experience of the following:
- Solution Design & Development:
- Build and customise applications using Power Apps (Canvas and Model-Driven).
- Automate workflows and business processes using Power Automate.
- Develop interactive dashboards and reports using Power BI.
- Configure and deploy Power Virtual Agents for conversational experiences.
- Integration & Data Management:
- Integrate Power Platform solutions with Microsoft 365, Dynamics 365, and third-party systems.
- Manage data sources including Dataverse, SharePoint, SQL Server, and APIs.
- Consulting & Stakeholder Engagement:
- Gather and analyse business requirements, translating them into technical solutions.
- Provide best-practice guidance and training to end-users and internal teams.
- Governance & Security:
- Implement security roles, data loss prevention policies, and compliance standards.
- Ensure solutions adhere to organisational governance frameworks.
- Continuous Improvement:
- Stay updated on Power Platform features and industry trends.
- Recommend enhancements and optimisations for existing solutions.
The role will assume Tech Lead responsibility in transformational projects with a focus on ensuring best practice data architecture as well as the ability to manage a high-performing team.
