At Robinwood, you won’t just be running activities, you will be helping children grow in confidence, build friendships, and create memories that last a lifetime. We are looking for energetic, outgoing people to join our team as Group Leaders at our Maes y Nant centre. What you will be doing as a Group Leader: Over a 3-day residential course, you will lead a group of key stage 2 children through a range of fun, adventure and themed activities. But it’s more than that, you will: * Build confidence in children aged 7–11 * Encourage teamwork and resilience * Bring sessions to life through storytelling and energy No two days are the same, and the impact you make is real. What you will get: * £13.45 per hour (£23,080 per year based on 33 hours per week) * Pay increases with experience and responsibility Plus: * Permanent, year-round contract * Free meals on shift * Profit-related tax-free bonus * House purchase assistance scheme * 12 weeks off a year (including August and Christmas) Training & Development No prior instructor experience needed, we will train you. Gain nationally recognised qualifications in: * Archery * First Aid * Paddle Sports * Climbing …plus a catalogue of courses available, including Autism Awareness, Child Mental Health Training and many more.
