Robinwood Activity Centre is looking for Activity Centre Assistants to join our friendly and enthusiastic team at Maes y Nant Activity Centre, working Tuesdays 2pm-10.15pm and Wednesday 11am-10.15pm. About the role of an Activity Centre Assistant:
This role involves:
- Providing support for groups of children between activity sessions. This may include helping with harnesses, buoyancy aid and helmet fitting, provision of waterproofs and other equipment, or other supervisory tasks.
- Providing support on activity sessions such as assisting with Zip Wire, Archery, Giant Swing or water sports support. (No previous experience required, all training is given)
- Mealtime supervision of groups of children
- Assisting with morning or evening supervision of children, reminding children of routines and liaising with other staff, recording information where appropriate.
- Cleaning around the centre, maintaining high standards of presentation throughout every aspect of the centre.
