We are looking for energetic, outgoing people to join our team as Group Leaders at our Barhaugh Hall centre.

What you will be doing as a Group Leader:

Over a 3-day residential course, you will lead a group of key stage 2 children through a range of fun, adventure and themed activities. But it's more than that, you will:

  • Build confidence in children aged 7-11
  • Encourage teamwork and resilience
  • Bring sessions to life through storytelling and energy

No two days are the same, and the impact you make is real.

What you will get:

  • £13.65 per hour (£23,423 per year based on 33 hours per week)
