We are looking for energetic, outgoing people to join our team as Group Leaders at our Barhaugh Hall centre.
What you will be doing as a Group Leader:
Over a 3-day residential course, you will lead a group of key stage 2 children through a range of fun, adventure and themed activities.
But it’s more than that, you will:
* Build confidence in children aged 7–11
* Encourage teamwork and resilience
* Bring sessions to life through storytelling and energy
No two days are the same, and the impact you make is real.
What you will get:
* £13.65 per hour (£1,575-£1,625 per month est based on a 30 hours per week contract)
* Pay increases with experience and responsibility
Plus:
* Permanent, year-round contract
* Free meals on shift
* Profit-related tax-free bonus
* House purchase assistance scheme
* 12 weeks off a year (including August and Christmas)
Training & Development
No prior instructor experience needed, we will train you.
Gain nationally recognised qualifications in:
* Archery
* First Aid
* Paddle Sports
* Climbing

Wellbeing Focused
* At least 2 consecutive days off per week
* Fixed timetable patterns (published 4 weeks in advance)

* Positive, enthusiastic, and engaging
* Experienced working with children (paid or voluntary)
* Confident leading groups
* A natural storyteller or motivator
