Reasons to work for Robinwood:

  • Best Pay: We offer all our staff, regardless of age, a real living wage. Everyone contributes equally towards the success of our courses, and therefore, we do not discriminate based on age or offer apprenticeship schemes. As well as free meals, profit-related bonuses and a house purchase assistance scheme.

  • Best Lifestyle: One of the things that makes us stand out in this industry is that we only offer permanent, year-round contracts. We balance your hours across the year, meaning that you get paid every month, even during your 12 weeks off a year.
  • Best Awards: Our fantastic staff provision has won numerous awards, which are proof that we are as good as our word.

We welcome applications from positive, enthusiastic people who have some experience (paid or voluntary) working with children. If you have an ability to relate to 7-11 year-olds and tell a good story, you could be the person for us!
