We are looking for energetic, outgoing people to join our team as Group Leaders at our Maes y Nant centre.

What you will be doing as a Group Leader:

Over a 3-day residential course, you will lead a group of key stage 2 children through a range of fun, adventure and themed activities. But it's more than that, you will:

  • Build confidence in children aged 7-11
  • Encourage teamwork and resilience
  • Bring sessions to life through storytelling and energy

No two days are the same, and the impact you make is real.

What you will get:

  • £13.45 per hour (£1,650 - £1,700 per month est based on a 33 hours per week contract)

No prior instructor experience needed, we will train you. Gain nationally recognised qualifications in:

  • At least 2 consecutive days off per week
  • Fixed timetable patterns (published 4 weeks in advance)
