What you will be doing as a Group Leader: Over a 3-day residential course, you will lead a group of key stage 2 children through a range of fun, adventure and themed activities. But its more than that, you will: Build confidence in children aged 711 Encourage teamwork and resilience Bring sessions to life through storytelling and energy No two days are the same, and the impact you make is real.
