RLM is looking for an Experienced Gardener to join our dedicated team, maintaining and managing a portfolio of beautiful gardens within a 15-mile radius of the Stockbridge area. Our working areas include Andover, Romsey, Salisbury and Winchester and we are very happy to customise a portfolio to match your location.

What you'll be doing:
- Independently managing and maintaining a varied portfolio of private gardens, with full support and assistance from the team as desired.
- Working closely with colleagues to support garden maintenance and contribute to ongoing development.
- Using professional horticultural techniques to ensure consistently high standards.
What we're looking for (essential):
- Clean driving licence and use of your own vehicle. A company vehicle will be provided for you.
- A formal horticultural qualification or 4 years of professional experience.
- Comprehensive knowledge of ornamental and native plants.
- Significant experience with garden machinery (approximately 20% of the role involves machinery use).
- Strong work ethic and attention to detail.
- The ability to assess and determine the appropriate standard of work required.
- Happy to work independently and within a team.
Nice to have (but not essential):
- Machinery operation tickets (e.g. hedge trimmers, mowers, chainsaws).
- PA1/PA6 spraying certifications.
- First Aid at Work.
