Due to expansion, we are looking to recruit fresh paint polishers for our family-run automotive bodyshop facility in Corby, Robinson's Fleet Solutions Ltd. Candidates will be responsible for carrying out polishing to freshly painted vehicles, completing paint touch-in repairs, texture repairs amongst other smart repairs, working on all makes and models of vehicles on a large scale basis. Ability to work alone within a team environment is essential.
Candidates must have previous working experience within a busy body shop as a vehicle polisher and smart repairer, be reliable, and a strong team player with the ability to work alone utilising self-motivation and initiative. Candidates will work to the highest standard and demonstrate a sound up-to-date knowledge of body shop repair techniques and possess the following:
- Valid driver's licence.
- Driven, self-motivated, able to think on your feet.
- Display excellent attention to detail.
- Team player with a flexible attitude.
All positions can be immediate starts if required. Excellent opportunity for the right candidate.
