About the Role

This is a 3-month fixed-term contract position, ideal for a skilled Head Chef who can make an immediate impact. As Head Chef, you’ll work closely with the General Manager, playing a key role in leading the kitchen team, maintaining standards, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver exceptional food quality, consistently exceeding guest expectations
  • Manage all aspects of kitchen operations, including ordering, stock control, and waste management
  • Ensure impeccable hygiene and safety standards, fully compliant with Food Safety and Health & Safety regulations
  • Lead by example, fostering a positive, efficient, and high-performing kitchen environment
  • Support, guide, and motivate the kitchen team throughout the contract period
