About the Role
We are currently investing in the future of The Bleeding Wolf, as we are currently on site building a brand new, extended kitchen, creating an exciting opportunity for a Head Chef to help shape the next chapter of our food offering. As Head Chef, you’ll work closely with the General Manager and play a pivotal role in recruiting, training and developing a strong kitchen team, inspiring them to deliver their best every day.

- Deliver outstanding, consistent food quality that exceeds guest expectations
- Take full ownership of kitchen profitability, including ordering, stock control and waste management
- Maintain the highest standards of food hygiene and health & safety compliance
- Lead by example, fostering a positive, motivated and high-performing kitchen culture
