We're now looking for a Production Systems Administrator to join our Production team and play a key role in supporting our bottling and planning operations through effective use of Microsoft Business Central.

What You'll Be Doing
You'll become the go-to person for Business Central within our bottling operation, helping teams get the very best from the system while ensuring our production data remains accurate, reliable and efficient.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Maintaining production-related information within Microsoft Business Central.
- Creating and managing production plans, bills of materials, product specifications and quality records.
- Supporting Production and Planning teams with scheduling and stock management.
- Producing operational reports and KPI data to support decision making.
- Coaching and training colleagues to build confidence and capability within the system.
- Supporting continuous improvement initiatives that drive efficiency and reduce waste.
- Working closely with Production, Brewing, Warehousing, Finance, Sales and Customer Service teams to ensure smooth operations across the business.
What We're Looking For
We're looking for someone who combines strong administration and systems skills with a proactive, problem-solving mindset.
You'll ideally have:
- Experience using production or ERP systems within a manufacturing environment
- Excellent administration and organisational skills
- Strong IT capability and attention to detail
- The ability to analyse data and identify opportunities for improvement
- Great communication skills and confidence working with stakeholders across multiple departments
- A customer-focused approach and a genuine desire to support others
It would be great if you also have:
- Experience using Microsoft Business Central
- Experience within food and beverage manufacturing
