About the role
As Duty Manager, you’ll play a key role in the day-to-day running of the business, working closely with the General Manager to ensure everything runs smoothly and our guests receive the best possible experience.
From leading shifts and supporting your team on the floor, to handling challenges and driving service standards, no two days are the same.
This is a role we take a lot of pride in, and we’re looking for someone who can really run with a challenge and take hospitality to the next level.
- What you’ll be responsible for
- Leading shifts and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations across the bar and restaurant
- Delivering, and inspiring others in, outstanding customer service and creating memorable guest experiences
- Supporting, coaching and developing team members
- Handling customer queries and resolving issues confidently and professionally
- Maintaining high standards of cleanliness, compliance, health & safety and service
- Acting as a key support to the General Manager in driving team performance and business success
