About the role

As Head Chef, you’ll work closely with the General Manager to lead the kitchen team and drive standards across every part of the operation.

From developing your team and delivering quality dishes to managing stock, margins and kitchen performance, you’ll play a key role in the success of the business.

This is a hands‑on leadership role for someone who thrives in a fast‑paced environment and knows how to build a positive, high‑performing kitchen culture.
