We’re now looking for an experienced and motivated Assistant Manager to join our team.

The Role

As Assistant Manager, you’ll work closely with the General Manager to lead, inspire, and support the team while helping to drive sales and standards across the business. This is a hands‑on role where you’ll be involved in day‑to‑day operations, ensuring exceptional guest experiences at all times.

  • Previous experience in a supervisory or managerial role within hospitality

  • Experience in high‑volume, food‑led venues, ideally with letting rooms
