Kitchen porters are vital to the smooth operation of the kitchen, and this role is both busy and varied. As a kitchen porter, your main mission will be to support the kitchen team by maintaining cleanliness and ensuring the dishwasher is always running smoothly. It’s a physically demanding role that requires efficiency to keep up with the pace.
We’re looking for someone who is well‑organised, has great communication skills, and maintains high standards of hygiene and cleanliness. You should be reliable, hardworking, flexible, and able to work well as part of a team. While prior experience isn’t necessary, a genuine interest in working in a busy kitchen is essential.
