We’re Hiring: Product Manager, based in Bury St Edmunds | Full-Time
Due to continued growth and expansion, Robinson Young is looking for a commercially driven Product Development & Brand Manager to join our growing team. This is an exciting opportunity to work with some of the UK’s most recognised Health & Beauty and household brands — helping shape product strategy, drive innovation, and bring new products to market across major retail, wholesale, pharmacy and e-commerce channels.
We’re looking for someone who thrives on:
- Building strong supplier and partner relationships
- Spotting trends and identifying market opportunities
- Analysing data and turning insight into action
- Managing products from concept to shelf
- Working collaboratively across sales, marketing and commercial teams
You’ll play a key role in:
- Supplier relationship management and brand partnerships
- Product and lifecycle management
- Market, sales and competitor data analysis
- Identifying growth opportunities across categories and channels
- Supporting new product launches and retail activation
- Working cross-functionally with internal teams and external stakeholders
The ideal candidate will have experience of product reviews or FMCG marketing, alongside strong commercial awareness, analytical capability and relationship-building skills. Salary circa £40,000 + bonus. Experience within Health & Beauty, household or wider FMCG sectors would be highly advantageous.
