As a multi-award-winning business, we specialize in non-food FMCG products, supplying both branded and private label goods to retailers, wholesalers, and food service operators across key market channels. Our expertise spans multiple divisions, including household, healthcare, catering, and stationery.
Due to continued growth and expansion, Robinson Young is looking for a commercially driven Product Development & Brand Manager to join our growing team. This is an exciting opportunity to work with some of the UK’s most recognised Health & Beauty and household brands — helping shape product strategy, drive innovation, and bring new products to market across major retail, wholesale, pharmacy and e-commerce channels.
You’ll play a key role in:
- Supplier relationship management and brand partnerships
- Product development and lifecycle management
- Market, sales and competitor data analysis
- Identifying growth opportunities across categories and channels
- Supporting new product launches and retail activation
- Working cross-functionally with internal teams and external stakeholders
The ideal candidate will have experience in product development, brand management or FMCG marketing, alongside strong commercial awareness, analytical capability and relationship-building skills. Salary circa £40,000 + bonus. Experience within Health & Beauty, household or wider FMCG sectors would be highly advantageous.
