Due to successful growth we are hiring a National Account Manager at Robinson Young Ltd to join the established team, and this is a role where you’ll truly see the results of your work. Within the account portfolio you will take the lead on major UK national Grocery accounts, building strong customer partnerships and delivering profitable growth across a diverse mix of branded and own-label products in a fast-moving, competitive market.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Owning and delivering account Joint Business Plans across Health, Beauty, Wellness and Household brands
  • Building strong relationships with buyers and key stakeholders
  • Leading product development, range reviews and successful implementation of trade plans
  • Using data & insight to drive smarter decisions
  • Identifying new opportunities across categories and accounts

What we’re looking for:

  • Proven National Account Manager experience (FMCG / Health & Beauty)
  • Strong commercial acumen & negotiation skills
  • Experience with major UK Grocery sector
  • A proactive, driven mindset with real ownership mentality
