We’re Hiring: Product Development & Brand Manager, based in Bury St Edmunds | Full‑Time. Due to continued growth and expansion, Robinson Young is looking for a commercially driven Product Development & Brand Manager to join our growing team. This is an exciting opportunity to work with some of the UK’s most recognised Health & Beauty and household brands—helping shape product strategy, drive innovation, and bring new products to market across major retail, wholesale, pharmacy and e‑commerce channels.
Key Attributes:
- Building strong supplier and partner relationships
- Spotting trends and identifying market opportunities
- Analysing data and turning insight into action
- Managing products from concept to shelf
- Working collaboratively across sales, marketing and commercial teams
Responsibilities:
- Supplier relationship management and brand partnerships
- Product development and lifecycle management
- Market, sales and competitor data analysis
- Identifying growth opportunities across categories and channels
- Supporting new product launches and retail activation
- Working cross‑functionally with internal teams and external stakeholders
Qualifications:
The ideal candidate will have experience in product development, brand management or FMCG marketing, alongside strong commercial awareness, analytical capability and relationship‑building skills. Experience within Health & Beauty, household or wider FMCG sectors would be highly advantageous.
