The Role

  • Ensure compliance with food legislation, allergen management and labelling requirements.
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives across production and technical operations.
  • Work closely with production teams to promote a positive food safety culture throughout the business.

About You

We are looking for someone who enjoys working within a smaller business where they can make a genuine impact and help shape future growth. You will ideally have:

  • Previous experience in a Technical Manager, Quality Manager or Senior Technical role within food manufacturing.
  • Strong knowledge of high-risk or ready-to-eat food production environments.
  • Experience implementing and maintaining BRCGS standards.
  • A thorough understanding of HACCP, food safety legislation and quality systems.

  • Excellent communication and organisational skills.
  • A hands-on approach and willingness to work closely with production teams.

What We Offer

  • Direct involvement in shaping the future of the company.
  • Flexible start time between 6:00am and 8:00am.
  • Supportive and friendly working environment.
  • Competitive salary dependent on experience.
  • Long-term career development opportunities as the business continues to grow.
