We are seeking an experienced Registered Manager and Clinical Lead to provide overall leadership, management and clinical governance of our Complex Care Services. This dual‐role position ensures safe, effective, person‐centred care, whilst maintaining regulatory compliance.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Providing senior clinical leadership across the service
  • Ensuring the service operates within Health and Social Care Standards
  • Acting as Registered Manager with accountability for service delivery
  • Acting as clinical lead
  • Providing clinical guidance
  • Managing clinical risk, safeguarding, medication management and infection control
  • Leading on clinical audits
  • Ensuring care plans are in place and reviewed
  • Complex case management
  • Workforce planning and management
  • Management of investigations

Requirements:

  • Registered Nurse
  • Active registration experience in a leadership role within health or social care
  • Demonstrated clinical experience within complex care
  • In‐depth knowledge of Scottish regulatory frameworks and legislation
  • Strong organisational skills
  • A commitment to person‐centred care and continuous improvement
  • Previous experience as a Registered Manager
  • Clinical governance or quality assurance training
