We are seeking an experienced Clinical Lead and Registered Manager to provide overall leadership, management and clinical governance of our Complex Care services. This dual-role position ensures safe, effective, person-centred care, whilst maintaining regulatory compliance.
Key responsibilities include:
- Providing senior clinical leadership across the service
- Ensure the service operates within Health and Social Care Standards
- Acting as Registered Manager with accountability for service delivery
- Act as clinical lead
- Provide clinical guidance
- Managing clinical risk, safeguarding, medication management and infection control
- Leading on clinical audits
- Ensure care plans are in place and reviewed
- Complex case management
- Workforce planning and management
- Management of investigations
Essential requirements:
- Registered Nurse or Allied Health qualification
- Active registration
- Experience in a leadership role within health or social care
- Demonstrated clinical experience within complex care
- In-depth knowledge of Scottish regulatory frameworks and legislation
- Strong organisational skills
- A commitment to person-centred care and continuous improvement
Desirable experience:
- Previous experience as a Registered Manager in Scotland
- Management qualification
- Clinical governance or quality assurance training
- Complex Care packages across Edinburgh and Dundee β travel required
