We currently have a fantastic opportunity for an HGV Class C - Fallen Stock Driver to join us at Robinson Mitchell.
Main duties and responsibilities
- Driving a Company HGV vehicle and operating vehicle equipment, winch
- Collecting fallen stock from customer premises and bringing it back to the site
- Handling fallen stock
- Unloading of vehicle
- Completing the required work documentation (including Driver Records and Collection Records)
- Ensuring the vehicle is well maintained and clean and undertaking required vehicle checks
- Acting as an ambassador on behalf of the Company, ensuring that the clients/customers are treated courteously and respectfully
- Consistently meeting Driver performance criteria requirements
- This position comes with the view of being trained to shoot and dispatch live animals at customer premises. No slaughter license/firearm certificates are required, as full training will be provided.
Qualifications & Experience
- Essential: HGV class C
- Knowledgeable of vehicle operations
- Demonstrate understanding of Driver Hours Rules (UK Domestic)
- Full Driver CPC Training and CPC card
- Hold a digital tachograph driver card
