Robinson Interiors is seeking an experienced Installations Manager to oversee the successful delivery of our kitchen installation projects. Based at our Boucher Road showroom, you will be responsible for coordinating installations from initial site survey through to final completion, ensuring every project is delivered on time, to a high standard, and with excellent customer satisfaction. You will work closely with customers, fitters, suppliers and contractors to ensure installations run smoothly and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
- Carry out detailed site surveys, including accurate measurements and assessment of plumbing and electrical services.
- Plan and coordinate installation schedules to maximise efficiency.
- Liaise with builders, electricians, plumbers and other trades throughout each project.
- Coordinate deliveries of kitchens, appliances, worktops, sinks and associated products.
- Manage kitchen installations from start to completion.
- Work closely with worktop suppliers and painters for bespoke and hand-painted furniture projects.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, providing excellent communication throughout the installation process.
- Record and manage snagging items, ensuring all outstanding work is completed promptly.
- Lead and support the installation team, including fitters and the delivery driver.
- Ensure all work is carried out in accordance with company policies and procedures.
- Undertake any other duties reasonably required to support the business.
About You
The successful candidate will have:
- Previous experience managing kitchen or interior installation projects.
- Excellent organisational and project management skills.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- The ability to coordinate multiple installations and work to deadlines.
- Experience working with trades, suppliers and subcontractors.
- A proactive approach with strong problem-solving skills.
- High attention to detail and commitment to delivering quality workmanship.
