Purpose of the Role
- Operation of the concrete batching plant using set Company procedures.
- Carrying out necessary tests and quality control measures.
- Maintaining a clean and safe working environment for all.
- Daily housekeeping and maintenance of the batch plant, including checks on machines and equipment.
- Undertake regular safety checks and inspection of the Batching plant.
- Admin activities relating to batching.
- Processing, receiving and checking raw materials and stock levels.
- Ensuring all plant and equipment is clean.
- Operation of loading shovel and forklift.
- Any other reasonable task as required.
Skills & Experience required
- Good attention to detail.
- Willing to work flexible hours.
- Ability to work independently.
- Works well in team environment.
- Willing to learn new skills.
Preferred Criteria (not essential as training will be provided)
- Experience in concrete industry.
- Experience working with plant and machinery.
Salary: Discussed after interview.
