Mechanical Project Manager – Building Services\\n\\nThis is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Mechanical Project Manager to join a very successful and highly respected Mechanical and Electrical Building Services contractor based in Nottingham.\\n\\nWorking across multiple sectors including commercial, office fit out, education, healthcare, retail and leisure, with typical project values ranging from £500k up to £5m, the company are a leading M&E Building Services contractor who provide a full range of Mechanical and Electrical services, from design through to installation and commissioning, and as a result of continued growth they are looking to recruit an experienced Mechanical Project Manager.\\n\\nDuties & Responsibilities:\\n\\n * \\n\\n Oversee and manage projects assigned to you, ensuring that they are delivered safely, on time, and within budget\\n\\n * \\n\\n Manage the procurement of projects\\n\\n * \\n\\n Technical submissions/approvals of plant/equipment\\n\\n * \\n\\n Assist in the production of risk and method statements\\n\\n * \\n\\n Financial management of the project and working to budgets set\\n\\n * \\n\\n Management of the site team\\n\\n * \\n\\n Liaise with clients, contractors, and internal teams to ensure project requirements are met\\n\\n * \\n\\n Conduct regular site visits to monitor project progress and address any issues that arise\\n\\n * \\n\\n Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations throughout the project life cycle\\n\\nMechanical Project Manager – Desirable Experience and Key Skills:\\n\\n * \\n\\n Minimum 3 to 5 years' experience as a Mechanical Building Services Project Manager or similar role, i.e. Mechanical Contracts Manager or M&E Project Manager\\n\\n * \\n\\n Experience in successfully delivering mechanical building services projects ranging from £500,000 up to £5,000,000\\n\\n * \\n\\n Excellent leadership and communication skills\\n\\nSalary and Benefits Package for the position of Mechanical Project Manager include:\\n\\n * \\n\\n Base salary: £50,000 – £60,000 + (depending on experience)\\n\\n * \\n\\n Company Car or Car Allowance\\n\\n * \\n\\n Travel expenses\\n\\n * \\n\\n Annual Bonuses\\n\\n * \\n\\n Private Healthcare\\n\\n * \\n\\n Pension options\\n\\n * \\n\\n Company events\\n\\n * \\n\\n Phone and Laptop\\n\\n * \\n\\n Training and Development opportunities\\n\\n * \\n\\n The company also provide a very enjoyable, supportive, and rewarding working environment, as well as genuine career progression opportunities.\\n\\nIf you would like to be considered for this position of Mechanical Project Manager, please apply today
