Client: My client is a dynamic and well-established M&E contractor, known for delivering high-quality building services across commercial, healthcare, education, industrial, and retail sectors. With a strong pipeline of projects and a collaborative culture, they are now looking to add a capable Electrical Project Manager to their growing team.

The Role: As Electrical Project Manager, you’ll take full responsibility for the electrical delivery of building services projects from pre-construction through to handover. You’ll work closely with internal teams, subcontractors, and clients to ensure all electrical elements are completed on time, on budget, and to the required standards. Hybrid working is available to offer flexibility and support work-life balance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the electrical delivery of M&E projects from start to finish
  • Coordinate with design teams, site staff, and clients to ensure smooth progress
  • Oversee subcontractor performance, procurement, and health & safety compliance
  • Ensure all electrical installations meet specification, programme, and quality targets
  • Provide regular updates on project milestones, risks, and commercial performance

Requirements:

  • Proven experience delivering electrical building services projects
  • Strong knowledge of LV systems, containment, lighting, fire alarms, and related packages
  • Experience working with M&E contractors or specialist subcontractors
  • Retail sector experience is highly desirable
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and coordination skills
  • Relevant qualifications, with SMSTS/CSCS preferred
