M&E Project Manager\\n\\nLocation: Birmingham (Flagship Residential / Multi-use Development)\\nSalary: Up to £75,000 + Car / Car Allowance + Benefits\\n\\nThe Opportunity\\n\\nAn established, nationally recognised building services contractor is seeking an experienced M&E Project Manager to take the lead on a major, flagship residential / mixed use development in Birmingham.\\n\\nThis is a key appointment on a high-profile scheme, offering long-term work security and the opportunity to manage complex, high-value mechanical and electrical installations from site.\\n\\nThe role would suit a Project Manager with either a mechanical or electrical bias, provided they are comfortable overseeing both disciplines on site.\\n\\nThe Role\\n\\nAs M&E Project Manager, you will be responsible for the successful delivery of the full M&E installation package, from pre-construction through to commissioning and handover.\\n\\nKey responsibilities include:\\n\\n * \\n\\n Full project delivery of mechanical and electrical services\\n\\n * \\n\\n Managing site teams, subcontractors, and specialist suppliers\\n\\n * \\n\\n Coordinating programme, resources, and sequencing of works\\n\\n * \\n\\n Ensuring quality, compliance, and health & safety standards are met\\n\\n * \\n\\n Liaising closely with the main contractor, design teams, and client representatives\\n\\n * \\n\\n Managing cost control, variations, and commercial awareness\\n\\n * \\n\\n Overseeing commissioning, snagging, and final handover\\n\\nAbout You\\n\\n * \\n\\n Proven experience as an M&E Project Manager within the residential / multi-use sector (essential)\\n\\n * \\n\\n Strong background in either mechanical or electrical building services\\n\\n * \\n\\n Confident managing both M & E installations on complex schemes\\n\\n * \\n\\n Experience delivering large-scale residential projects (apartments, mixed-use, high-rise)\\n\\n * \\n\\n Strong leadership, organisation, and communication skills\\n\\n * \\n\\n Comfortable being client-facing and driving delivery on site\\n\\nPackage\\n\\n * \\n\\n Salary up to £75,000 (depending on experience)\\n\\n * \\n\\n Company car or car allowance\\n\\n * \\n\\n Comprehensive benefits package\\n\\n * \\n\\n Long-term opportunity with a stable, well-regarded contractor\\n\\nPlease apply direct with your CV
