Futures are looking for a Project Coordinator to join our client, a well known and rapidly growing manufacturer in Leeds. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced administrator or coordinator who thrives in a fast‑paced environment and enjoys supporting operational teams to deliver projects safely, efficiently, and on schedule.

Working closely with the Site Services team you will play a key role in coordinating site activities, managing project administration, ensuring compliance requirements are met, and supporting the successful mobilisation of resources across multiple projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate and support site services activities, ensuring projects are delivered efficiently and operational teams have the resources and information they need.
  • Manage project administration, including purchase orders, site reports, expense processing, compliance records, and maintaining accurate project documentation within SharePoint.
  • Support workforce coordination by arranging onboarding activities, managing security clearances, organising PPE, scheduling training, and maintaining training records.
  • Coordinate logistics for site teams, including travel, accommodation, equipment hire, vehicle requirements, supplier deliveries, and mobilisation activities.
  • Support both UK and international site operations by managing compliance documentation, travel requirements, equipment records, and responding to day‑to‑day site coordination enquiries.

The successful candidate will be highly organised, detail‑oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities simultaneously. You will have excellent communication skills and enjoy working collaboratively with internal teams, suppliers, and external stakeholders.

Qualifications
  • Previous experience in a Project Coordinator, Project Administrator, Operations Coordinator, or similar role.
  • Strong administrative and organisational skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and SharePoint.
  • Ability to prioritise workload and meet deadlines.
