Our team works hand-in-hand with COEs, HRIS, and People Operations to deliver programs that are both locally relevant and globally consistent.

As a People Partner, you will be the first dedicated HR partner in the UK, supporting senior leaders and teams across Europe, Asia, and the Middle East and North Africa.
As Robinhood continues to expand internationally, you'll play a critical role helping our leaders and People team build, evolve, and scale high-performing organizations across an increasingly complex global footprint.
You'll serve as a trusted advisor to senior leaders — navigating decisions spanning talent, performance, org design, workforce planning, leadership effectiveness, employee relations, and change.
You'll also operate as a consultant and project leader across our People COEs, bringing together the right expertise and driving toward solutions that scale with the business.
This role requires strong judgment, the ability to bring frameworks to ambiguity, and the independence to make sound calls where the playbook is still being written. This role is based in our London, UK office, with in-person attendance expected at least 3 days per week.
