Overview
As the first dedicated People Partner in the UK, you will advise senior leaders across Europe, Asia, and MENA and help build high-performing organizations as Robinhood expands internationally. You will lead org design, workforce planning, and leadership effectiveness, partnering with COEs and cross-functional teams to deploy scalable people programs. This role requires strong judgment to navigate ambiguous playbooks and escalate when needed. You will work in a fast-moving, mission-driven culture focused on people at the center and global impact. You will partner with stakeholders to shape talent strategy that supports rapid international growth.

Responsibilities
- Serve as trusted advisor and coach to senior leaders across Europe, Asia, and MENA; challenge thinking to drive outcomes
- Raise the bar on talent, accountability, and performance to build high-performing teams
- Lead org design and transformation work on structure, roles, capabilities, and operating models
- Guide teams through growth and change with clarity in complex challenges
- Identify gaps between international business needs and People programs; create repeatable, scalable frameworks
- Navigate complex international HR matters with judgment and escalation to experts when needed
- Project manage people initiatives with ER, Legal, Total Rewards, People Ops, HRIS, and COEs
- Support cross-border M&A activity as Robinhood expands internationally
- Use people data to identify trends, challenge assumptions, and influence decisions
Key requirements
- 10+ years of HR experience with substantial time as HRBP/People Partner
- Experience supporting multinational client groups across multiple countries or regions
- Exposure to country-specific employment nuances in UK, Singapore, UAE, and EU; know when to engage local experts
- Credible strategic advisor to senior executives; ability to challenge, influence, and coach leaders
- Business judgment linking talent decisions to business outcomes
- Project management experience guiding partners from ambiguity to implementation
- Analytical skills blending data, business context, and judgment to diagnose problems and recommend solutions
- Ability to move quickly from problem identification to implementation in evolving environments
