This will include the line management of all front-line Managers and office staff. The post holder will deputise for the Managing Director as required. You will provide high quality care & support services, in a person-centred way, that enables Clients to live the lives they choose as far as they are able. * The Registered Manager is directly accountable for health and social care services regulations (Care Quality Commission) and adhering to the organisational policies and procedures. Efficiently manage the day to day running of the business. Allocate resources and monitor performance to deliver high quality homecare to customers within budget. Manage all aspects of the staff team and provide sound leadership to ensure staff are clear about their respective duties and responsibilities and have the support they need to carry out their roles safely. About us Robin Specialist Autism Service is an outreach service in London that has just received its CQC registration. We are innovative, supportive, creative and our goal is to provide outreach support for people on the spectrum from a therapeutic point of view using a solution focused approach to allow the individual to use their own frame of reference not to become more “neurotypical”. This permits the person to move forward in a way that makes sense to them. As a provider of autism-specific services across London we support adults on the autism spectrum and their families with a variety of support services. We are currently looking to recruit a Registered Manager with an understanding and experience of people with autism and/or learning disabilities, and a passion for making a difference to the lives of these individuals. You will help us manage vital services to people with autism, drive up quality standards in response to a rapidly changing policy environment. Overview of Role and Responsibilities: * Undertake the responsibilities of the “Registered Manager” of the Service as required by the Health & Social Care Act 2008 and associated regulations * To deputise for the Managing Director in their absence and efficiently manage the day to day running the services provided. * Allocate resources and monitor performance to ensure high quality service delivery to Clients within the allocated budget * Manage all aspects of the staff team and provide sound leadership and guidance to ensure staff have a clear understanding or their role and responsibilities and have the support they need to carry out their roles safely and effectively. * In partnership with the Managing Director and Learning and Development Manager, achieve the set growth targets forecast for the service. * Be responsible for the safe delivery of the service in accordance with legislative requirements and Company policies and procedures. * Report immediately to your line manager any illness of an infectious nature or accident incurred by a client, colleague, self or another. * Understand, and ensure the implementation of, the Company’s Health & Safety Policy, and Emergency & Fire procedures. * Recruiting of staff to match up with the company’s service demand and growth. * Identify new business development opportunities using your network and previous experience. * Devise a bespoke personal centred care package for each client. * Train relevant staff on how to implement care plans and provide ongoing supervision and support. * Strive to develop and deliver care of the highest possible standard
