A unique Pub Tenancy opportunity. We are looking for an exceptional Tenant for our much loved privately owned pub in Clifton Reynes. The Robin Hood is an iconic village pub with a reputation for great food and well-kept real ales and is well known for its fantastic garden, outside bar and the events it holds. Clifton Reynes is a stunning village in walking distance of the market town of Olney and a number of other villages and is in close proximity of Milton Keynes.
The pub has two bars, a garden room, a large patio area with an outside bar and an extensive garden. The sales are split 50:50 drink and food and are seasonal. This is not just another pub job! The Robin Hood is a real gem and sits at the heart of our village life and is owned by shareholders who predominately live in the village and as such is free of tie.
As the Tenant you will be the driving force behind the pub’s success — being at the centre of the village community, welcoming locals and visitors alike, maintaining high standards, organising events and bringing energy and ideas to help the business grow. You’ll have the freedom to develop the offer, build your team, and create a pub that people want to return to again and again.
We are looking for an experienced Tenant who:
- Is passionate about pubs, hospitality and being at the heart of a village community
- Has the experience and energy to take on a challenge and build a thriving and diverse business
- Has a strong track record in similar pubs and is commercially and financially astute
- Is motivated to grab the opportunities, to inspire a team, to build a successful business and have some fun along the way
The pub is not tied. Accommodation is available which consists of a two bedroom flat. The details of the tenancy agreement can be discussed on application.
