  • can communicate effectively with parents, carers, and external professionals regarding pupil progress and attainment
  • is flexible in their deployment across the school to meet the shifting needs of our pupils in any year group

Benefits

  • Values-Driven Leadership: Our four core values—Courage, Curiosity, Compassion, and Courtesy—are lived and breathed by staff and pupils alike. We foster a culture where individual flair is celebrated, but collective effort is valued above all.
  • A 'Family' Atmosphere: We pride ourselves on being an inclusive school where every staff member feels valued and supported. You will be joining a 'Robin Hood family' that looks out for one another.
  • Innovation & Enrichment: We are not afraid to do things differently to give our children the best. From Mandarin lessons for all pupils to specialist drama partnerships with the Birmingham Rep and ballet workshops, you will work in an environment that buzzes with creativity and ambition.
  • Focus on Welfare: We know that high academic outcomes rely on strong pastoral care. Our staff care deeply about pupil welfare and ensure a safe and stimulating environment for everyone.
