We’re now recruiting for passionate people to join our park team for the 2026 season (March–October). What you'll do
- Assist the catering management team in helping to achieve a high standard of cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchens and stores.
- Ensure good stock rotation of all dry, fresh and frozen goods and maintain adequate levels of stock.
- Play a key part in creating an amazing experience for every visitor.
- Ensure the safe receipt of all incoming food and non-food products for the catering department.
- Check the correct quantity of goods received against the order form and ensure goods are to the required standard.
- Responsible for the correct storage of goods – temperature, shelf life and rotation.
- Issue all ordered goods to outlets in a timely manner, ensuring all deliveries are complete by the park opening time.
- Assume responsibility for securing stores premises, including the dry store and freezers.
- Maintain accurate records of temperatures and be aware of the legislation surrounding storage of goods.
- Ensure all areas are clean and tidy, following correct procedures for cleaning and maintaining the standards.
- Support the Food & Beverage team over key trading periods, providing lunch cover around the catering outlets as well as working in outlets as per the rota.
- Safeguard all company money, stock and equipment at all times, reporting any discrepancies to your line manager.
- Make daily visual checks on the food & beverage vehicle in line with company health & safety procedures.
- Be fully knowledgeable and up to date in knowing the key activities and events across both parks to help customers and answer their queries.
- Exercise personal responsibility and do everything possible to prevent injury to yourself, other employees, and members of the public.
