We are currently seeking a talented Night Baker to join the team at Birley Bakery, our artisan bakery located in the heart of Chelsea Green (SW3).

Working Hours:
- Straight night shifts from 3am-1pm shifts
- Up to 48 hours a week
What you will do:
- Proof, bake and finish a range of viennoiserie and bakery products to the highest standards.
- Prepare and finish sandwiches and other grab-and-go items
- Tray, merchandise and prepare products for display and service
- Ensure product quality, consistency and presentation standards are maintained throughout the shift
What are we looking for?
- 1-2 years' experience in a bakery, food production or similar environment
- Experience with proofing and baking artisan breads and bakery products
- Good understanding of food safety and hygiene standards
