About The Role

Join our mission to make contracts smarter and faster! We’re seeking an Engineering Manager to lead our Search team, reporting directly to our VP of Engineering. This team is central to the company, as it maintains the Agent orchestration platform, Retrieval Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines, and semantic search infrastructure that power our core product experience.
What You’ll Do
- Lead a talented team building cutting-edge legal search and RAG capabilities
- Help create and ship a comprehensive Agent and Recommendation architecture
- Drive technical strategy for our search and agent orchestration infrastructure
- Partner with Product and ML teams
- Foster team growth through mentorship and career development
- Collaborate across engineering to scale Robin and improve the user experience
