Your new role
As a Site Administrator, you’ll be responsible for:
- Document Control function
- Record and distribute project drawings
- Manage Project Workspace including all relevant business systems for allocated site
- Maintain efficient and effective systems and procedures, ensuring all company administration policies are followed
- Ensure all reports and forms are correctly presented and returned by due date
- Assist with induction for new site employees
- Considerate Constructors Champion for allocated site team
- Provision of administrative support to site staff including all typing, filing, archiving, photocopying, and scanning
- Receiving telephone calls/email enquiries and responding accordingly
- First point of contact for visitors to the site cabins, greet visitors to reception and make welcome (offer tea, coffee etc.)
- Manage all incoming and outgoing site correspondence
- Assist to resolve any basic IT issues within the site and escalate to Group IT department where necessary
- Administration of local hardware which may include file server, printers, wireless access points etc. as per the site documentation
- Organise meetings and prepare meeting room
- Completion of weekly goods received records
About you
You’ll have previous administration experience within a busy office or site environment. What’s just as important is strong IT skills with a good knowledge of Microsoft Office, ability to work unsupervised whilst maintaining a high level of work and attention to detail, and good organisational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritise your own workload. You must possess a driving licence due to the location of our sites.
